BIO

Amy Dawns is a Podcast Host, Author, Possibility Coach, Mentor, Intuitive artist, and Transformational Speaker - a Creative Entrepreneur dedicated to using her gifts, talents and the wisdom gained throughout her life to serve others. She is deeply committed to helping people relieve suffering and discover the untapped potential and love that resides within them. Through her work, she empowers others to embrace their inner truth, heal from past wounds, and step into the fullness of their being.

Amy is trained in energy medicine, specializing in conscious-based energy medicine called BodyTalk. She has also pursued extensive studies in belief systems at a subconscious level, personal development, and the mind-body connection, which continue to shape her approach to healing and transformation. She has learned from some very renowned teachers, such as Lisa Nichols, Kyle Cease, Tony Robbins, Bob Proctor and Dr. Joe Dispenza.

In 2012 Amy birthed a modality she called True Colours which is a Body Painting Transformation Process, combining her knowledge in energy medicine, intuitive painting and photography.

Amy has published 2 books, the first one being a book of her poetry titled "All She Needs is Love", and her second being a book about her beloved dog Jersey titled "God's Dog - How to See the Gifts of Life in All Experiences"
