Let me tell you more without giving it all away! I had a story around my legs for most of my life. I have been in many different bodies. The fit body, the chubby body, the overweight body, the really over weight body, the slim body, the sexy body, the in between body, and the entering into the aging gracefully body (insert I don't know how to say it any way else emoji here).
​In all those bodies, even though I've been obsessed with personal development and spiritual growth the last 2 decades - one thing was for certain, it didn't matter what body I was in, the story around my legs was alive and kicking (pun intended)!!!

And then one day (insert dramatic mystery melody here) it happened. I was presented with the moment I thought would never come - the ABSOLUTE FUCKING LIBERATION from that STORY!
